Our CQC report has now been published, please see the full report on our home page.

We now have new facility enabled on our computer system known as Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) which means that after you have ordered your repeat prescription in the normal way, one of our Doctors will do your prescription and will be sent to your nominated Pharmacy electronically.  You will not have to come to the Practice to pick up your prescription, this will save you time.  Please call our Practice if you need any further information about this service.

Welcome to The Redwood Practice of Doctors Shenton, Seddon, Sparrow, Brar & Jones

Our team includes four GPs, three Practice Nurses, two Health Care Assistants, six Reception staff, a Secretary and a Practice Manager. We offer a full general practice service and run clinics for children and pregnant women, diabetes and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery.

The Redwood Practice aims to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.

 CARE QUALITY COMMISSION (CQC) REPORT

Following our Care Quality Commission Inspection on 11th November 2014, we are pleased to announce that our report by CQC has now been published and you can read this in full by clicking HERE. We have been awarded a GOOD report in all areas of care to all our patients.

We are very grateful to all our patients who contributed on the day of the inspection whether you were directly involved in the conversations with the inspectors or indirectly through the comment cards you might have filled in. We would also like to thank the members of our Patient Participation Group who found some time to meet with the inspectors on that day.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
